Jasmine Grandiflorum Attar is prepared from the pure flowers of jasmine plant by using the Hydro-distillation extraction process. Since ancient times, the flower of jasmine was known as the flowers of kings and its attar was used by kings and princes. It was also considered as the symbol of love, wisdom and purity. The beautiful jasmine plant can achieve the height of 20 feet and having beautiful and scented flowers. It is one of the costliest perfume oil at present because of its complex extraction process. In order to obtain 1 ml. of jasmine grandiflorum attar, it needs approx 8 thousands hand-picked flowers of jasmine royal to be extracted through the traditional method. The base of sandalwood essential oil is used for preparing this attar.
